We have been CITB registered since 2001
Our continued commitment to training ensures that our workforce is fully trained for the work they carry out. We continually monitor individual progress to assess any further training needs and that our operatives are competent in each task they carry out.
The majority of our training is provided by the CITB. We also provide in-house training as well as outsourced training with recognised qualifications.
Risk Assessments and Method Statements are provided as required. We carry out regular tool box talks to ensure a full understanding of the work element and provide Scaffold Engineer Designs and Calculations by Qualified Engineers when needed.
SAFTEY AUDITS
We perform regular safety audits & employ third-party safety advisors
We perform regular safety audits to ensure that our operations are carried out to our safe systems of work, along with implementation of preventative measures and the correct wearing, fitting and use of PPE.
The company also employs its own third party site safety assessor/adviser whose role is to attend sites on an ad-hoc basis and carry out a safety inspection with a report then being provided directly to our Managing Director.
